UPDATE: The majority of services were restored at 9:46 AM. There are some accounts near the area of the hit - Buck Ridge & Tanney Lane - that will remain out while the wire is being spliced.

An outage affecting more than 175 services around Hudson was caused by contractors in the area laying cable hitting one of our lines.
