We have had some bill print issues on our November Bills.
We implemented new rates on submeters this month. This caused print issues for members with 2 or more electric meters. We are working with the computer programmers to correct this for next month’s billing.
Our new submeter rates include different rates for daylight and overnight kWh usage. The total kWh readings are also required, which means each submeter requires 3 lines in the print window.
Our current bill print design does not allow enough space for these extra lines and has caused some of the readings to run into the billing dates and fall onto a second page for members with 3+ meters.
These changes have also caused the kWh comparison usage to display incorrect totals by double counting submeter usage. The kWh usage reported for the submeters is showing the daylight kWh and not the total.
However, please be assured that these print errors are not affecting the actual calculations of the bill.
There are screenshots below of a sample bills for members with 2 meters and members with 3+ meters. These sample bills have been edited to highlight the problems. Note: these are sample bills and not your actual bill.
