Service Rules and Regulations

SCEC BD POL 141: Service Rules and Regulations Manual establishes and maintains a written set of electric service rules and regulations in a manual that outlines operating processes and procedures, as well as follows best practices and complies with all applicable laws.

The SCEC Service Rules and Regulations Manual will be applicable to all members and applicants for membership.

The SCEC Service Rules and Regulations Manual will be a part of every contract for service made by the Cooperative, unless modified by special terms written therein, and will govern all classes of service.

A copy of the SCEC Service Rules and Regulations Manual shall be available to all members and applicants for membership.
