St. Croix Electric Cooperative is offering a FREE Level 2 7.7kW ZEF Energy Smart charger to members through our Smart Charging Pilot Program (a $995 value).*
The charger works with all EVs, including Tesla vehicles, using Tesla’s charging adapter.
Up to 10 EV chargers will be allowed in the program on a first-come, first-served basis for those signed up before January 2022. A larger charger can be obtained by the member paying for the upgrade. Installation will be the responsibility of the member and must meet the requirements of SCEC and the electric code in their area.
Members may also qualify for a $500 rebate on an Electric Vehicle charger purchased independently. Some conditions do apply.
