FirstCall Medical Monitoring service is a simple, cost-effective solution that allows a loved one the satisfaction of independent living with the peace-of-mind that comes in knowing there's always someone to help.

Installing a FirstCall Medical Monitoring phone provides peace-of-mind for people who wish to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, knowing assistance is just a push of a button away. Thoughtful care is immediate with FirstCall's Cooperative Response Center. By pushing the button on either a base station, phone or wrist fob instantly contacts a trained central station operator (CSO) who will evaluate the situation and contact a nearby neighbor, friend or family member. An approved list of up to 30 names may be submitted.

St. Croix Electric Cooperative can install a FirstCall system almost immediately. FirstCall is open to any resident in SCEC's service area and beyond; customers do not have to be members of St. Croix Electric to install a FirstCall system. There are no subscription contracts to sign. A FirstCall system can be installed or removed within a day or two of the request.
