DrivEV Weekend 2019 - Bruce Maher
To celebrate National Co-op Month in October, St. Croix Electric Cooperative offered members the chance to enter a DrivEV Weekend! drawing to take home (or to the road) the co-op’s Bolt EV, the first affordable all-electric car to offer an EPA-estimated 238 miles of range on a single charge.
In the third weekend in October, Bruch Maher (pictured in the Bolt with wife Jean) drove the car about 170 miles, visiting Marine-on-St. Croix and using it for several errands/grocery runs.
“I was surprised at the 'heft' of the Bolt," Bruce said.
St. Croix Electric Cooperative offers a rebate on charging stations and a special EV charging rate. For more information contact Director Member Services Jeff Wahlquist via email or at 715-796-5612.

Surprised at the "heft" of the Bolt. Drives very nice. Stopped at Hudson Chevy to try their re-charge station but it was not working because of construction. thanks for the opportunity - Fun.
