St. Croix Electric Cooperative is a business - much like any other business - but, in several ways, it is unique. In a brief narrative, explain what being a member of a consumer-owned, not-for-profit cooperative means to you.
Please explain any special family circumstances of which you would like the scholarship selection committee to be aware, such as family, health or financial concerns.
Use this area to supply additional information for any of the above questions.

By clicking "Submit", I confirm I have read and understood the guidelines for the St. Croix Electric Cooperative Continuing Education Scholarship and have completed the application truthfully. Clicking "Submit" serves as my electronic signature for this application and validates I am the son/daughter of a current St. Croix Electric Cooperative member -OR- I am living at and will remain living at the residence of a St. Croix Electric Cooperative member for the 2016-17 school year. This member is my guardian (e.g. financially responsible for my care and authorized to act on my behalf, if I am a minor). I understand my guidance counselor or principal must also complete and submit their designated form and my official transcript before my application is eligible for consideration. All materials must be postmarked by and/or received at St. Croix Electric Cooperative by Friday, March 10, 2017.

After completing the CAPTCHA security code below and clicking "Submit," an email will be sent to the email address listed on this form.
