3:05 p.m: Historic 1940 movie Power and the Land about bringing electricity to rural America is played

3:45 p.m: View historical displays

4:00 p.m: Registration temporarily closes to prepare for meal

4:15 p.m: Registration re-opens

4:15 p.m: Early bird meal service begins for members and their families already seated

4:30 p.m: Inside doors open, general meal service begins

6:30 p.m: Meal service ends

6:35 p.m: Annual meeting begins

7:35 p.m. (approximately): Director election results announced, meeting concludes

This event is open to members and their immediate families. There will be door prizes throughout the event and a grand prize drawing after the meeting. Members may come for any or all of the event, depending on their schedule.
