St. Croix Electric’s Enviro-Watch system monitors the temperature of your empty house and the availability of electricity. If the temperature of your house falls dangerously low - which could lead to property damage - or if a power outage occurs, the Enviro-Watch system automatically notifies the co-op’s call center. Upon notification, the call center contacts your designated representative and advises him or her to check on your property.
